Location: Replay Centre, Glasgow.

Contract: Casual/Freelance - match days only

Salary: £60 per match (3 hours)

As a Graphics Operator / Video Information Officer (VIO), you will be working at the Replay Centre in Glasgow, playing a key part in the relaying of information from the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) to the fans and broadcasters of the SPFL. On a match day, you will arrive at the replay centre 1 hour before kick-off and up to 30 mins after the final whistle.

You’ll not only need to be prepared to regularly work at weekends but also be available for mid-week evening fixtures. You will have direct ownership in the operation of the system and will gain exposure to various other services as you grow in the role and become a more experienced member of the team. We will provide you with the technical training, foundations and full exposure to our systems to perform your day to day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do.

• Providing live graphics to the stadium, letting the crowd know what is being checked. in a timely manner
• Conducting pre-match checks in the replay centre both on-pitch and in the broadcast area;
• Liaising with stadium staff, match officials and host broadcasters;
• Monitoring the system during the match;
• Assisting the team with troubleshooting if any issues that occur;

• Knowledge of the laws of the game and football situations
• Bright and enterprising, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive attitude, ability to work on your own initiative and embrace responsibility;
• Time management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure, live broadcast environment;
• Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner;
