A well-established Scottish law firm is looking to appoint a Family Law Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This opportunity has arisen due to continued investment in and expansion of the firm’s Family Law offering, providing the successful candidate with the chance to work on high-quality matters while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This is a client-facing role with real scope for progression, offering exposure to a broad range of private family law work and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from instruction through to resolution
• Provide clear, practical, and client-focused advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the Family Law team

• Qualified Family Law Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
• Experience handling private family law matters independently
• Strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated to develop your career within a growing and ambitious team
