Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a highly respected team specialising in clinical negligence and historic abuse litigation. You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims and work closely with a broad mix of clients. The team acts for indemnifiers, insurers, public bodies and healthcare professionals. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues involved in litigation, regulatory matters, disciplinary hearings and public inquiries.

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
• Solid litigation background: personal injury experience is desirable
• Experience in clinical negligence or abuse work is helpful but not essential
• Confident managing complex and sensitive matters
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and meeting service and reporting requirements

• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work well within a fast‑paced environment
