Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and ambitious private practice that has experienced exponential growth over the last few years and is expected to continue expanding.

You'll be working as part of a busy and supportive team and will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, typically ranging from 20 to 30 cases per month. These include sales, purchases, and remortgages, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fully conversant with AML procedures, possess exceptional communication skills, and be capable of developing strong client relationships.
