About the role

The role has a focus on the following:

Supporting all Group conveyancing activities, including miscellaneous disposals and corrective conveyancing, servitudes and wayleaves, shared ownership, commercial property lease work, general enquiries and advice to Group regeneration and development colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, a desire to learn, an enquiring mind and the ability to attend Wheatley office sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dumfries or Stranraer (in particular Wheatley House, Glasgow) when required for the signature and issue of contracts, meetings, team days and training.

Legal experience (including a conveyancing paralegal qualification) is preferred but not required.
