Solicitor – Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accident

Looking for a role where your legal skills can create real change for accident victims? A leading Scottish personal injury firm is seeking a passionate and motivated Solicitor to join its road traffic accident (RTA) team. With a focus on fighting for individuals, not insurers or corporations, this is a chance to represent the underdog and make a genuine impact.

• Manage a diverse caseload across pre-litigation and litigation, working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Handle cases in ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court, gaining robust advocacy experience.
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering development.
• Conduct thorough investigations, obtain statements, and coordinate with medical experts.
• Draft summonses, writs, and other key legal documents.
• Collaborate with Counsel and represent clients in court as required.

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) with a strong background in road traffic accident cases.
• Able to regularly commute to Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.
• Experience in court representation is a plus; enthusiasm for advocacy is essential.
• Personable, committed, and eager to make a difference for accident victims.
