As a Senior Associate/Director in Commercial Property, you'll oversee a wide range of transactional work while playing a central role within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
- Advising clients across a range of commercial real estate matters
- Supporting development and funding-related property work
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
- Supervising and supporting junior colleagues
- Contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives
- Has extensive experience in commercial property at a senior level
- Is confident managing transactions and advising a varied client base
- Demonstrates good commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Communicates clearly and builds lasting client relationships
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Has experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Is keen to play a part in wider team development and growth
