You’ll handle a broad caseload of complex, high-value disputes spanning property litigation, commercial matters, and professional negligence. With succession planning in mind, this role offers real scope to help shape the team’s long‑term direction.

Experience

6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
Track record managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
Experience representing both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders

Responsibilities

Lead significant cases and contribute to the team’s strategic growth
Mentor and support junior team members
Play an active role in developing the firm’s wider litigation offering

Skills
