Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Glasgow.
The firm is a small, close-knit practice with a brilliant team and a strong presence across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. They are committed to providing a supportive working environment where individuals are encouraged to develop their skills and progress their careers.
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who is looking for their next career move and wants to join a firm that genuinely invests in its people and values the development of its team.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
Handling day-to-day client communication and correspondence
Liaising with solicitors, clients, lenders and other relevant parties
Progressing transactions and ensuring key deadlines are met
Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation
Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable managing their own workload and progressing matters.
