About the RoleThe Senior Property Adviser plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service, driving property sales, and supporting the branch in achieving commercial targets. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, advising on pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The Senior Property Adviser contributes to the overall success of the team through proactive engagement, cross-selling services, and maintaining a strong local market presence.
What we are looking for:- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and professionally.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive, resilient and client-focused approach to service delivery.
- Proven experience in residential property sales or lettings within an estate agency environment.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process and local authority planning procedures.
- Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to contribute to team development.
- Familiarity with financial services products, including mortgages.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and the economic factors affecting property values.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of compliance and risk.
- Full clean UK (manual) driving licence
