As a Document Production Specialist, you will provide high-quality document production support to legal and business services teams across the firm. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will create, format, edit and manage complex legal and business documents to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and client service. Alongside document production responsibilities, you will support workflow coordination activities when required, helping to ensure efficient service delivery and effective management of workloads across the team.

- Previous experience in a Document Production role within a professional services environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
- Experience editing, formatting and producing complex documents and presentations to a high standard.
- Strong PDF manipulation skills, including the creation and management of document bundles.
- Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools.
- Strong working knowledge of iManage.
- Familiarity with Visual Files 2 and Every File would be advantageous.
- Fast and accurate audio typing and transcription capability.
- Good understanding of legal terminology and legal document production requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience working within brand guidelines, templates and document standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with colleagues across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to meet deadlines and manage fluctuating workloads.
- Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong client service focus with a responsive and professional approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Sound judgement and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible approach with the willingness and capability to support workflow coordination responsibilities when required.
