I’m working with an established firm with longstanding roots in the Lanarkshire community, a friendly team and exciting plans for the future. They’re looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who enjoys building client relationships and would welcome the opportunity to play a part in their continued growth.

You’ll manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title. There is good autonomy to organise your work and develop your client relationships, with approachable colleagues around you for support.

Ideally, you’ll have at least two years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and be confident running your own files. You’ll bring sound technical knowledge, a practical approach and the communication skills to keep transactions moving and clients reassured throughout.

There is plenty of scope to make your mark and progress as the practice develops, with your contribution recognised through a lucrative commission scheme linked to your individual fee-earning performance.
