Stores Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores & Logistics Assistant to join a leading aerospace organisation.

Key Responsibilities Carry out stores and logistics activities in line with Part 145, company procedures, and SHE requirements Support a large-scale aircraft parts inventory reconciliation project Inspect and verify aircraft components, documentation, certification, and physical condition Maintain full traceability of parts using company IT and logistics systems Manage quarantine, scrap, returns, shelf-life-controlled items, and consumables Ensure accurate labelling, storage, stock control, and dispatch of aircraft components Assist with stocktaking and maintain safe, organised storage areas Requirements Previous store keeping experience essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills Full UK driving licence required Aerospace, Part 145, Goods Inwards Inspection, or logistics tracking system experience desirable Forklift licence and worldwide dispatch experience advantageous About You You will be a proactive team player who can work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain high standards within a safety-critical environment.
