Supply Chain Service Executive FTC

Contract type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working hours: 37.5hr per week, day shifts, working 5 days out of 7 (including rotational weekend work)

Join our Supply Chain Customer Operations team and play a key role in delivering best in class service for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Managing customer orders using systems such as SAP and AS400, ensuring orders are accurate and on time
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and Supply Chain partners, resolving queries and service issues
Owning service level reporting and proactively identifying and resolving performance trends
Maintaining accurate customer data and communicating updates across the business
Supporting cross functional meetings and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
Creating and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence

Experience in supply chain or customer service with strong Excel skills
