Embrace Excellence

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end management of all dispatch activities from the warehouse. This role ensures the efficient scheduling and timely dispatch of customer orders, balancing outbound demand with warehouse operational capacity.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and controlling daily dispatch workflows, monitoring order readiness, ensuring accurate processing of all outbound goods, and maintaining effective communication with warehouse teams. On a rotational basis, the Dispatch Coordinator will oversee on‑site freight drivers, manage loading sequences in alignment with warehouse priorities, and update SAP with accurate order and shipment information to enable successful delivery.

The role’s shift pattern is Monday‑Thursday 07:45‑16:45 and Friday 07:00‑11:30.

Make an Impact
  • Develop and manage daily and weekly dispatch plans aligned to production schedules, customer requirements, SLAs, and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end dispatch process, including driver check‑in, vehicle loading, load optimisation, PGI completion, accurate SAP updates, and completion of all relevant operational and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Compliance by reporting and escalating risks, adhering to quality procedures, supporting audits and corrective actions, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely and accurately.
  • Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, quality improvement actions, training requirements, and the implementation of departmental improvement opportunities.
Your Talent and Skills

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or a similar operational environment, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. You will be an effective communicator with a customer‑focused mindset, proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, and possess a good understanding of health and safety practices within warehouse operations.

Strong problem‑solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions are essential. If you have knowledge of customs processes, including import and export procedures, that would be advantageous.

Because this is a Known Consignor role, enhanced pre‑employment checks will be required, including comprehensive background screening for the successful candidate.

We’re proud of our inclusive culture – where unique experiences, ideas and perspectives are celebrated. Everyone is encouraged to feel respected and empowered to contribute to our success. From colleague networks like Balance, Pride and Kick‑Start to inclusion allies and DE&I champions, we invite you to get involved and help us make change happen.
