Export Coordinator
Glasgow (Onsite)
£32,000 - £35,000
Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Alexander Steele are delighted to be recruiting for an Export Coordinator on behalf of a global logistics and freight forwarding business based in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate export documentation and customs compliance.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
- Manage invoicing and operational administration.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience within freight forwarding, shipping or international logistics.
- Knowledge of ocean export processes and documentation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
