We're pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Systems & Operations Officer within the Procurement & Asset Management team.

This is an important role in supporting the effective delivery of the College's procurement services, with a particular focus on our purchasing system, operational processes and procurement compliance.

Working closely with the Procurement Manager and wider team, the successful candidate will support key purchasing activities, helping to ensure a consistent, efficient and customer-focused service across the College.

The Procurement Systems & Operations Officer will:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the College's PECOS eProcurement system.
• Coordinate key purchasing operations, including supplier onboarding, electronic catalogues and procurement card administration.
• Monitor purchasing activity, supporting purchase-to-pay compliance and effective procurement governance.
• Undertake lower-value procurement activity and provide operational support to the wider Procurement Team.
• Provide advice, guidance and training to College staff on purchasing systems and procedures.
• Contribute to procurement reporting, process improvements and the effective delivery of purchasing services across the College.
