Operations Supervisor

Overview

Minster
, a specialist insulation & dry-lining distributor offering a comprehensive range of products, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Glasgow branch.

Hours:

7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

• Customer Engagement:
  Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
• Operational Tasks:
  Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts.
• Health & Safety & Cleanliness:
  Keep the branch tidy and prioritise health and safety at all times.

• Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
• Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
