Property Services Officer

Overview

Southside Housing Association is a charitable community-controlled housing association, owning and managing approximately 2,250 houses for social rent. We also provide a factoring service for around 1,000 owners and manage over 250 properties through our subsidiary Southside Lettings. Our extensive development programme aims to build new homes.

Deliver a reactive and void maintenance service from a client perspective, including reactive maintenance and planned maintenance activities. Responsibilities include competent repair diagnosis, contractor liaison, and the use of IT packages. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.

Relevant knowledge and skills in maintenance and contract management. A valid driver’s licence is required, and the candidate must have access to a vehicle for work use.

(Hours of Work: 35 hours per week)

EVH Grade: 7 (Points 22-25) £42,707 - £46,895

40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)
