• Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of designated cleaning area and determine when work needs to be carried out.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and under own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Basic English communication and reading ability.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Reliable, hardworking, professional attitude.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Open, honest and self‑driven.

• £13.45 per hour.
