We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join a busy facilities management team based at a public sector site in Glasgow (G51 area).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands‑on role within a professional working environment.

155 Hardgate Road, Glasgow, G51

• £15.40 per hour (PAYE)

• Temporary contract until 12 December 2026
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• 24 hours per week

• Carry out basic day‑to‑day building maintenance and remedial repairs.
• Complete general handyman tasks across the site.
• Assist with porterage duties, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Escort contractors around the premises where required.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure work is completed safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

• Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, facilities or building services role.
• Confident carrying out basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Right to work in the UK.

• £15.40 per hour PAYE.
