Priory Hospital Glasgow is looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our team across all wards in our Priory Glasgow. This is a part‑time role of 27.5 hours a week.

You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Working hours
- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sunday. Glasgow’s mental health treatment programme provides established, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and bipolar disorder.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high‑quality service
• Supporting colleagues where required

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

• Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
