Property Services Officer

We are a charitable community‑controlled housing association owning and managing approximately 2,250 houses for social rent, providing a factoring service for approximately 1,000 owners and managing just over 250 properties through our subsidiary Southside Lettings for Mid‑Market. We also have an extensive development programme to build new homes.

• Deliver a reactive and void maintenance service from a client perspective.
• Participate in planned maintenance activities.
• Competent repair diagnosis and contractor liaison.
• Maintain excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Work effectively in a changing environment with competing pressures.

• Relevant technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with a "can do" attitude and desire to learn.
• Competence in using IT packages.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work use.

Full salary & employment details: (Hours of Work: 35 hours per week)
EVH Grade: 7 (Points 22‑25) £42,707 - £46,895
40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)
