Homes for Students is seeking a Facilities Manager for Broadway Studios in Glasgow. The role leads facility management, health and safety, and lifecycle planning at a large modern property with CAFM and M&E systems. 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, based in Glasgow.
You will manage maintenance programs, compliance, and outsourced vendors, ensuring high-quality service to residents and alignment with ISO 45001 principles. A proactive, safety-focused approach is essential.
