We are working with a leading Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services at a large acute healthcare site outside of Glasgow.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of estates maintenance services, ensuring the hospital estate remains safe, compliant and fully operational. You'll manage engineering teams, drive planned and reactive maintenance activities, and ensure contractual and statutory obligations are consistently achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established FM provider supporting critical healthcare infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Manager
You will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services across the hospital estate.
• Managing Engineering Team Leaders, Supervisors and technical teams to ensure high standards of performance, safety and service delivery.
• Ensuring statutory compliance, mandatory maintenance and contractual KPIs are achieved across the contract.
