Northcare Residences Glasgow in Clarkston, and Balmoral by Northcare in Giffnock

Hours:

Part Time, working 2 shifts per week
Salary: £13.45 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our friendly and supportive team in Northcare Residences in Clarkston. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

• Clean and maintain residents' rooms, communal areas, and bathrooms.
• Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and storing clothing and linen.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues as required.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the home.
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable, and compassionate approach.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Right to work in the UK – please note Northcare is unable to sponsor employment of international workers
