Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Glasgow for an on-site, full-time role. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include expediting project workflows, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and supporting the senior project management team. The role also involves communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring project timelines are met efficiently.
  • Strong skills in Project Management for planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Experience in Inspection to verify quality standards and compliance during project phases.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for organizing and managing resources, supplies, and communication across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a related role is advantageous, along with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
