Varied opportunity for an individual with DC pensions experience to join a large, collaborative in‑house pensions team supporting DC plan management. Glasgow, hybrid working 3 days a week office.

• You will oversee day‑to‑day operations and supplier relationships, monitoring performance.
• Keep abreast of developing regulations and impact on scheme design, ensure compliance with changes and contribute to governance committee activity.
• Develop and deliver member communications.
• Resolve employee queries.
• Opportunity to support team with broader projects, including global pensions projects.

• Draw on your DC pension scheme experience gained in‑house, in consultancy or from a provider background.
• Awareness of UK pensions legislation particularly around DC scheme management.
• Knowledge of data management, IT change processes, risk and control frameworks, and supplier management would be beneficial.
