CNX Recruitment is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's leading care home developers to appoint a commercially driven, strategic Head of Commercial to lead and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, driving revenue performance, and building strong, sustainable partnerships across the business.
The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial, you will sit within the senior leadership team and take full ownership of commercial performance across the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, strengthening existing partnerships, improving margin performance, and ensuring commercial excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the overarching commercial strategy aligned to business objectives
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value creation
* Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and commercial governance
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial team
* Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure commercial alignment
* Report on commercial performance to senior stakeholders and board-level leadership
About You
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader with:
* Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Head of Commercial, Commercial Director or similar)
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and improving margins
* Experience leading negotiations and managing high-value contracts
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience building and leading high-performing teams
* A proactive, results-driven approach with strong leadership presence
