Are you an experienced Solicitor with a passion for leading teams and achieving results? Join our General Accident Department as a Team Supervisor, where you will oversee a dedicated team, manage a litigated caseload, and contribute to delivering justice for our clients.

As a Team Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and manage your team, ensuring efficient and compliant case handling.
- Oversee a caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, as well as focusing on strategic progression and maximising cost recovery.
- Mentor and train team members, including Solicitors, Legal Assistants, and Trainees, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Set and monitor performance targets, driving your team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance, conduct quality assurance checks, and uphold the highest standards of legal service.
This role is instrumental in achieving our firm’s strategic aims while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
What We’re Looking For- Legal
Experience:
5 years+ PQE, particularly within personal injury law including EL, PL & OL. - Supervisor
Experience:
Proven track record in supervising legal teams. - Expertise: Strong understanding of Scottish litigation processes and personal injury law.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
