Team Supervisor

• Competitive Salary: £49,994 - £67,600 per annum depending on experience, reflecting the leadership and expertise required for the role.

As a Team Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and manage your team, ensuring efficient and compliant case handling.
• Oversee a caseload of litigated personal injury accident cases, as well as focusing on strategic progression and maximising cost recovery.
• Mentor and train team members, including Solicitors, Legal Assistants, and Trainees, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Set and monitor performance targets, driving your team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance, conduct quality assurance checks, and uphold the highest standards of legal service.

This role is instrumental in achieving our firm’s strategic aims while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.

  5 years+ PQE, particularly within personal injury law including EL, PL & OL.

  Proven track record in supervising legal teams.
