We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of facilities and soft services delivery across multiple high-profile venues during a major city-wide sporting event.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering mobilisation, live event operations, and demobilisation, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Whether your background is in Facilities Management, stadium operations, major events, hospitality operations, or large-scale venue management, this could be a fantastic opportunity to step into a career-defining project.

The Role
You will:

* Lead mobilisation planning across multiple venues

* Manage live operational delivery throughout the event

* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and service performance

* Act as the senior on-site lead for stakeholders

* Coordinate multi-team operations in dynamic environments

* Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively

* Ensure seamless demobilisation and contract close-down
