This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, leading teams, and being part of a business that is scaling quickly and investing in its people.

The firm has experienced significant growth over the last few years and continues to win high-quality clients across a range of sectors, from owner-managed businesses to larger group structures.

You will take ownership of a varied portfolio, managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, while acting as a key point of contact for clients.

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Leading audit engagements from planning to completion
• Reviewing work prepared by seniors and juniors
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team
• Working closely with Partners on client strategy and growth opportunities

• Strong audit background within practice
• Experience managing audits and supervising teams
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
