Albany Beck is scaling out there change & transformation practice & is supporting a large-scale onboarding transformation programme within a leading Investment Bank. We are seeking an experienced Project Managerto join the delivery team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to Project Managers who thrive in complex environments, enjoy driving execution across multiple work streams, and are confident operating within structured governance frameworks.
RolePurpose
The Project Manager will play a key role in delivering onboarding transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end execution across process, data, and operational change. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust delivery plans, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating a wide range of stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
This role requires a strong focus on delivery discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project delivery plans across multiple work streams
- Drive day-to-day execution across process, data, and operational change activities
- Establish and maintain project governance, including RAID logs, reporting packs, and delivery tracking
- Ensure milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities are clearly understood and adhered to
- Proactively identify, escalate, and support resolution of risks, issues, and delivery blockers
- Coordinate and engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, technology, and change teams
- Support change adoption activities, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with target state processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and project controls
- Proven Project Management delivery experience within financial services
- Strong governance, tracking, and reporting discipline
- Experience working within Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across complex initiatives
- Highly structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach to delivery
- Experience working closely with operational teams and frontline functions
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable navigating matrixed organisations
