What you’ll be doing:

Step into a role where every day brings new opportunities to lead, innovate, and make an impact! As Depot Manager at InPost , you’ll take charge of both our fast-paced services—delivering excellence across parcel logistics distribution.

You’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations, coordinating everything from parcel distribution to newspaper deliveries with precision and speed. Your leadership will inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and collaboration. With a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll build lasting relationships, resolve challenges swiftly, and elevate service standards to new heights.

Your financial acumen will keep the depot on budget, using smart strategies to boost profitability while maintaining operational excellence. You’ll champion compliance and safety, ensuring every process meets regulatory standards. But you won’t stop there—you’ll push for continuous improvement, harnessing technology and data to streamline workflows and innovate.

In this role, your insights and analysis will guide strategic decisions, turning performance metrics into tangible results.

What we need from you:

We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future.   • Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within a depot or similar operational environment.
  • Strong experience in managing multiple services or business units, with a focus on both operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving high performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and manage a diverse team.
