Senior Programme Manager

Contract - 3-6 months

Hybrid - London / Glasgow / Cardiff - 1 day per week onsite.

We are looking for a Programme Manager to provide leadership and support on upcoming legislative change. This will include discovery, definition, legislative change considerations, Software delivery considerations and internal and external departmental collaboration.

The Programme Manager will

• provide leadership to the multidisciplinary programme team, ensuring clear direction, objectives are met, and supported on challenges.
• advise the SRO, senior leaders and programme governance on risks, resourcing, prioritisation, and the critical path for decisions and outputs.
• demonstrate exceptional inclusive people leadership, ongoing professional development, and commitment to values.

• Robust experience of leading significant change or transformation programmes
• Strong track record of engaging with and influencing stakeholders at senior level
• Experience of leading a change team
• Skilled collaborator and strong communicator, able to work across a wide range of teams

• Proven aptitude for leadership through management of others (line/project/matrix management)
