Assistant Manager - Risk & Advisory Manager

Our client is expanding their Risk & Advisory Services team and is looking for an Assistant Manager with strong internal audit or risk experience. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of organisations, delivering assurance and advisory projects that genuinely influence how businesses operate and make decisions.

• Lead internal audit and advisory assignments, from planning to reporting
• Manage a small portfolio of client engagements and oversee project delivery
• Review testing, identify key risks and present clear, practical recommendations
• Support consultancy projects and occasional on‑site work
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and continuous improvement

• Experience in internal audit, risk or assurance
• Professional qualification (CIA, CMIIA/MIIA, CCAB or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to travel for client work
