Corporate Tax Director

You’ll work with ambitious owner‑managed businesses and larger corporates across a broad sector base, combining complex advisory work with leadership responsibility. Backed by the infrastructure of a top tier firm but operating within a collaborative and accessible team, this is a role that offers both scale and autonomy.

You’ll take ownership of a significant corporate tax portfolio, acting as the senior point of contact for key clients and providing strategic advice across structuring, transactions, compliance oversight, and risk management. You’ll lead complex technical work while ensuring advice remains commercially focused and practical.

Alongside portfolio leadership, you’ll contribute to the growth of the practice through business development activity, strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. You’ll mentor and develop your team, build capability beneath you, and maintain high standards of quality, profitability, and client service.

• ACA, ACCA or CA qualified and ideally CTA qualified
• Extensive corporate tax experience gained within a professional services environment
• Proven experience managing a substantial client portfolio
• Strong technical expertise across corporate tax advisory and compliance
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Demonstrable track record contributing to business development
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders
