Senior Electrical Project Manager

With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued regional growth, Emtec Building Services is strengthening its delivery leadership team. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join us at our head office in Uddingston.

From early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and aftercare, we pride ourselves on technical excellence, collaboration and doing things the right way.

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful handover. You’ll lead site teams, build trusted client relationships and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

• Leading electrical site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards

• Managing programme, budgets and reporting to ensure successful delivery

• Overseeing variations and supporting the pricing of additional works

• Building strong, long-term client relationships

• Mentoring and developing your team to support succession and growth

• Providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience managing M&E projects, with strong electrical expertise

• HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract delivery

• Confident leadership and communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high standards
