- Deliverawidescopeofprofessionalservicesincludingdilapidations,schedulesofcondition,technicalduediligence,defectanalysis,andprojectmanagement
- Takeownershipofyourworkloadwiththeopportunitytoleadprojectsandmanageclientrelationships
- Playakeyroleinbusinessdevelopment,supportingopportunitiesfrompitchtoprojectcompletion
- Mentorjuniorsurveyorsandcontributetothegrowthofthebuildingconsultancyoffering
- Supporttheleadershipteaminachievingstrategicgrowthandclientsatisfactiongoals
- Degreequalifiedin Building Surveying (BScHonsor equivalent)
- MRICSqualifiedwith1–2years
PQE(ormore) - Confidentworkingacrossthecommercialrealestatesectorsincludingretail,industrial and officespace
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplicationsandcomfortableworkinginahybridtech -enabledenvironment
- Client-facing,commerciallyaware,andcapableofgeneratingfuturebusiness
- Enthusiastic,collaborativeandkeentogrowbothpersonallyandprofessionally
