# Section Manager### Job Introduction We’re looking for a driven and safety-focused
** Section Manager
** to lead operations at our Elstow, Bedfordshire.

You’ll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role is key to delivering high-quality materials efficiently and sustainably.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Lead daily plant operations and drive performance improvements
* Supervise and develop operatives and contractors
* Oversee maintenance of fixed and mobile plant
* Monitor production metrics (OOE/OEE) and manage resources
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
* Champion sustainability and inclusion in all aspects of the role
