Responsibilities- Promote, facilitate and manage the framework service for clients and delivery partners within Scotland.
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients and framework partners, supporting their understanding and application of the frameworks.
- Ensure framework partners provide value for money to clients, measure VFM against compliant application of the framework agreement, and analyze performance reports to drive improvement.
- Manage standards of performance across partners, liaising with their core teams to achieve consistency and attend client meetings to address performance issues.
- Monitor and evaluate framework performance using partners' reports, KPI data, client and colleague feedback.
- Manage compliance with all framework obligations and processes, implementing good practices and procedures to efficiently coordinate partner delivery and quality.
- Support active development of project and service pipelines and ensure delivery of performance standards and social impact requirements.
- Experience working within the built environment or construction industry.
- Provided services in at least one category of Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Influence decision makers within private and public sector organisations.
- Understanding of NEC Engineering & Construction contracts, option clauses, and their execution in a public sector environment.
- Basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace and commitment to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
- Knowledge of operational practice of public sector construction and built environment projects and wider property and infrastructure management, recognising community impact and benefits.
- Salary between £50,000 and £55,000 depending on experience plus car allowance.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave.
