We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Inspection Manager to join our Customer Services team based in our Scotland West region.

• Lead the Client Inspection works for the Customer Services team, identifying any necessary remedial works across relevant Miller Homes developments and ensuring the ongoing quality of all homes post completion.
• Coordinate with the Customer Services team to analyse defects reported by customers and ensure work is attended to within the agreed timescales and in accordance with the service level agreements.
• Liaise with the NHBC regarding technical requirements, attend resolutions, and manage insurance claims as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the house building sector.
• Experience of customer contact through all forms of communication.
• General knowledge of NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good administrative skills.
• Commitment to client and company confidentiality.
