think of Gallagher. Overview Were looking for an Accounting Managerto join our General Accounting team in Glasgow. This is a new role where youll support multiple global trading divisions and play a key part in transforming and improving our operating expense accounting processes. Youll lead a team, oversee month-end reporting, and ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Youll also help us improve our processes, drive automation, and maintain strong internal controls. How you'll make an impact Lead and review operating expense accounting for multiple divisions. Ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Oversee month-end journal entries and ensure compliance with accounting policies. Provide clear and insightful analysis of financial performance. Manage and develop a team, supporting graduates and trainees.

Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global and regional teams. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls. About You Youre a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) Youre experienced inUS GAAP,SOX compliance, and project management(preferred but not essential). Youre great at managing people and building strong relationships. Youre organised, detail-oriented, and thrive under deadlines.
