Managing and mentoring a team of Payroll Seniors and Advisors, promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment. Experience and Qualifications Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple payrolls within complex, multi-entity organisations. At least five years' experience leading and managing payroll teams. Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development. Proficient in working with a range of payroll systems; experience with IRIS Cascade is highly advantageous.
Hands-on involvement in organisational changes, including acquisitions and TUPE transfers. Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to auditing payroll calculations and processes. Exposure to HRIS system implementations and upgrades is beneficial. Holds a minimum CIPP Level 4 qualification (or an equivalent credential).
