Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Contracts Manager, an initial 12 month contract.
- Inside of IR35 / Umbrella set up only
- 550 - 675 a day
- Hybrid working to an office in Scotland (multiple locations available)
- Capital projects
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of a portfolio of high-value projects valued between 20m and 50m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tendering, negotiation, and award of NEC contracts.
- Draft, review, and manage complex contractual agreements.
- Provide commercial and contractual oversight across multiple projects (typically 6-7 concurrently).
- Manage post-contract activities, including compensation events, payment forecasting, accruals, and contract compliance.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while supporting successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing contracts on large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering, or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
