The Project Manager will lead the delivery of large construction works within the Coulport Naval base as part of our dedicated defence team. They will manage multi‑discipline teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, safely, and to high quality standards.

• Oversee the successful delivery of often high value, technically complex construction projects.
• Achieve operational and commercial goals through effective management of multi‑discipline teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive assigned projects to completion on time and on budget in a safe and quality‑focussed manner.
• Implement and enforce Kier’s SHE policies and procedures.
• Act as mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, sharing knowledge and experience to develop others.
• Serve as client point of contact, building excellent working relationships with external bodies.
• Promote Kier’s values towards supply chain and customers to exceed expectations.

• Membership or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB/ICE).
• Experience using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
• Relevant site accreditations (SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid).
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to undergo SC clearance checks.
