Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to senior executives

Monitor key projects and strategic initiatives
Improve operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
Development of performance reporting for key metrics

Ensure compliance with governance framework

Requirements

Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
Contribution and influence on policy and procedures for the function
Planning, management, and consultation on multiple complex and critical strategic projects
Management of a large team or sub-function, leading other people managers
Few years of experience in positions with substantial responsibility
Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems
Knowledge of industry theories and practices
Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at a senior level
