You will be responsible for
As Organisational and Leadership Development Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development, learning and leadership programmes that support organisational priorities. You will help us build workforce capability, embed a coaching culture, support succession planning and create development pathways that enable people to perform at their best. Working closely with senior leaders, managers, colleagues, partners and staff networks, you will use insight, workforce data and engagement feedback to identify priorities and deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

You will also oversee key activity across talent development, inclusion, equality and culture, ensuring our approaches are fair, inclusive, evidence-based and focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications required

• CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent experience, with evidence of continued professional development
• Coaching qualification, accreditation or demonstrable coaching experience
