An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Corporate Tax professional to join a leading Big 4 firm as a Senior Manager.

Working within a high-performing Corporate Tax team., you will advise a diverse portfolio of large and multinational clients on complex international tax matters.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile advisory projects, lead client relationships and accelerate your career within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Advise a broad portfolio of UK listed, private equity-backed, inbound and family-owned businesses on complex international corporate tax matters, including BEPS Pillar Two, tax structuring and cross-border expansion.

Lead the delivery of technically complex advisory projects, including refinancing, legal entity optimisation, transaction reorganisations and supporting clients through tax authority enquiries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business development opportunities and contribute to winning new work through proposals and client presentations.

Mentor and develop junior team members while managing project delivery, collaborating with specialists across the UK and international network, and supporting the overall performance of the team.
