Inflo is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead a high‑performing team, ensuring adoption, retention and growth across a global customer base. You will align CS strategy with revenue objectives and partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive upsell opportunities.
Reporting to the Chief Audit Partner, you will embed a customer‑centric approach, own KPIs such as NPS and churn, and build scalable processes to support Inflo’s rapid growth within the UK and global markets.
